These following rules are intended to help produce an entertaining, fun and safe event for all participants. Any participant not following the rules, will be asked to leave the event.
Participants understand and acknowledge that the Mud Run on the Farm is an extreme athletic event and accept all risks associated with the event. Participants must be physically able to complete the course and all obstacles.
Participant agrees to hold Dell’Osso Family Farm harmless from liability.
Any participant 12 or 13 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (parent or guardian) participant.
All courses are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of Dell’Osso Family Farm. This includes dates, times and types of obstacles. Dell’Osso Family Farm reserves the right to cancel or delay the race due to severe weather (Act of God) or in the event of a disaster or lack of participants.
Participants must follow all instructions (written or verbal) given from the race directors, staff, volunteers and medical personnel. Any participant who disobeys instructions from any course official is subject to disqualification and/or removal from the race. This includes but is not limited to unsportsmanlike behavior, offensive language, or the inability to complete an obstacle.
Registration closes when the maximum capacity is reached.
Every participant must wear the provided Mud Run on the Farm bib number clearly shown on the front. Participants will not be allowed to race without an official Mud Run on the Farm bib number.
Any type of wheeled device including but not limited to: baby joggers, baby strollers, wheelchairs, inline skates, roller skates, scooters, bicycles, skateboards are strictly prohibited.
Urinating or defecating on or anywhere near the course is strictly prohibited.
Our medical teams may examine any participant who appears to be injured or suffering. The medical personnel may remove any participant from the event if in the opinion of the medical personnel the participant needs to be removed.
Participants assume all responsibility for all medical expenses incurred as a result of training and/or participating in the Mud Run on the Farm including but not limited to hospitalization, ambulance transportation or physician services.
Once a participant completes the course, they may not return to the course.
Any participant found to have shortened the intended and marked course by any length is subject to immediate disqualification.
Participants agree to allow Dell’Osso Family Farm to use any pictures or video footage of the event for future use.
Participants acknowledge and agree that participation in this event is conditioned upon participant’s agreement of the rules.
